If There’s an Issue with Your Order
Your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if there’s an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include clear photos of the issue so we can quickly assist and make it right.


Damaged in Transit?
If your package was damaged during shipping, please provide photos of both the item and the packaging. This helps us file a claim with the carrier and work with you toward a resolution.
